Operator Profile

Operator Profile page can be accessed through the Operator Profile link under the FluentChat menu item.

This page is accessible to all users who are Chat Operators.

Here, operators can edit their information, set their Show Online timings (which is based on the current WordPress timezone setting), and edit their list of canned responses.

If a customer visits your website when all operators are offline, you can choose to show a contact form, or hide the widget altogether. These options can be configured under Settings. By default, customers can initiate new conversations even when all operators are offline.
