Archived Chats

You can access the Archived Chats page under the FluentChat menu item. This page is available to all Chat Operators and Chat Admins. This page looks similar to the Active Chats page.

If you are a Chat Operator, you can see your own chat archives.

If you are a Chat Admin, you can see chat archives for all operators.

On the left, you see the Archived Chats list, with an option to search through the chats. You can also view chats for specific operators (this option is only visible to Chat Admins)

When you click on a chat, you can see all the messages exchanged. If the customer left a feedback, you can see that here as well.

On the right, you see Customer Info.
