Active Chats

You can access the Active Chats page under the FluentChat menu item. This page is available to all Chat Operators.

On the left, you see the Chats list, which is divided into Unassigned Chats and Your Active Chats. When you reply to an unassigned chat, you are assigned that chat.

When you click on a chat, you can see all the messages exchanged. You can also reply to a chat here.

On the right, you see Customer Info.
